White Heat’s Ethos…

White Heat is all about bringing high end restaurant palette smacking flavours to the street using the freshest local ingredients. You will not see any “pulled pork baps” here, it’s going to be a weekly changing menu using a world of different flavour combinations, all cooked using a Kamado Joe BBQ, which is basically a BBQ/smoker/oven reaching 450 degrees C. Never will there be a “secret recipe”, it’s all going to be showcased and fully explained to anyone and everyone, so that skills that I’ve been taught can be passed on and used in the everyday home. WhiteHeat’s main focus is to take away formality and bring rustic style feasts packing punch to any occasion.

We use interesting independent family based suppliers for all our food from Mike & Tony @ Eades greengrocers, Andy & Jack @ Walter Rose that all supply with not only top products but unrivaled knowledge.
