After taking constructive criticism’s from the public and people within the industry the previous dishes will receive a fresh burst and tweaks to hopefully really get the public salivating. The Pork is now getting treated to a lifting wild garlic, red pepper, basil & shallot vinaigrette along with original earthy healthy “fashion” toasted quinoa and the zingy apple compote. The dish is going to be more takeaway pick and go friendly. Finally there will be salt beef bun on offer not only as common product but a showcase of what can be done with the relevant experience rather the massed produced terror that the big names create.
